Ahoy and avast!
Today I’m bringing you a different kind of update beyond the Kickstarter: today you get a sneak peek at the next project that comes after THE SUNDERED SUN.
The timing of this next project is a little precarious. I want to slip this into the Kickstarter if I get it finished in time and offer it as a stretch goal. It’s something that’s been brewing in the background ever since I first published THE WHISPERING PASS, and I’m really excited to share it with the world.
There’s a reason why I started selling dice, you know.
Some of you may have an inkling as to what it is. After all, I’m sure at least 3 of you have helped me test it in the past.
But Jay, you ask, what is it?
It’s a tabletop roleplaying game book set in the world of Daaria. The book will feature:
Three adventures that will expand the events of the Chronicles of the Second Sun
A completely overhauled map of Daaria, drawn by Keir Scott Schrueder
A brand new map of Auora
And concept art of all seven races in Daaria
Say hello to your first stretch goal of the Kickstarter campaign (hopefully). If it doesn’t make it in time for the Kickstarter, it will be swiftly published and released later this year, and you’ll be able to pick up a copy at any of my fall events.
